An exclusive interview: Travel nurse across four states. Unions & Advanced Care Solutions

Pre pandemic everybody has been stretched pretty thin. You can call it burnout back then, but what we are feeling right now goes much deeper than ‘burnout’

People are calling in question what in this career is actually something that they want to do, which I think speaks volumes.

Luke Adams has been a bedside nurse in critical care for over ten years. Throughout the pandemic, he has been advocating for better wages, working conditions, and overall higher awareness of the nursing profession. He sat down with NurseDeck to discuss nurse unions and nurse burnout, among other issues.

Luke Adams has been featured in various publications nationally and previously on NurseDeck InTheField
