Referral rewards

This is a wonderful opportunity for them to join us so that we can thrive and grow together. Earn a referral bonus for every friend or colleague that gets placed.

Criteria to qualify

When users wish to refer any of their peers or colleagues, they need to login to their NurseDeck account and navigate to the referrals section OR navigate to the jobs section and refer eligible peers for all active jobs.

  1. To qualify for a referral, the user has to refer a candidate through their NurseDeck account only. An email referral or a recruiter’s email will NOT qualify for the referral.

  2. When the referral request is initiated, all the required information about the referred candidate must be included in the referral form. If any information is submitted is inaccurate, the user will not qualify for the referral bonus.

  3. Any referral received for candidates that have a history of communicating with NurseDeck, or its affiliated entities, will not qualify, or be considered for the referral.

  4. Referrals are calculated based on the start date of their job, not the referral date.

  5. User accounts must remain active and in good standing during the entire referral period required for that referral to be considered valid.

  6. The referral policy for users that are not employees of NurseDeck, will also apply to active and former employees of NurseDeck.

  7. Referrals must complete a minimum of 160 working hours to be considered eligible for this referral reward program
