A: Stretch before and after and during work.

Q: How did you choose your specialty? What drew you to it?

A:  It chose me. The people I work with did it. They’re my favorite. It’s where I felt most comfortable/supported.

Q: What’s the importance of stretching for work?

A: Stretching improves flexibility and decreases the risk of injuries. It enables muscles to work more effectively. When you stretch, you can also increase the blood flow to your muscles. Thus, flushing out oxygen depleted cells and increasing energy levels. If possible, you should stretch before, during and after working your shift.
