A:  Long shifts of high stress and hard work!.

Q: What are the benefits of writing in a journal?

A: Journaling is a great way to manage stress and is good for your mental health. It’s a great tool to use to help you gain control of your emotions and thoughts. It is one way to deal with overwhelming emotion and a healthy way to express yourself, according to the University of Rochester Medical Center. Other benefits include: coping with depression and managing anxiety among other outlets.
