Building confidence as a new nurse

As a new nurse, there are many fears you might face. Worries about your clinical skills or patient care can dim the sparkle in your eye, so you’ve got to have confidence in yourself in everything you do.

In the workplace, you need confidence in your ability to perform your duties. Outside of work, you need it in yourself to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. This could be as simple as giving an important presentation at work or as complex as remodeling a house.
